You should then calculate the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation (see notes from Statistics Lecture 1) for each concentration and insert them into Table 1As the absorbance values of the data are beyond the range of the calibration curve, you will only conduct your analysis on the absorbance values to determine whether each of the detergents has an effect upon the absorbance produced for a set concentration of protein (0.5mg/cm3)).From the above table (ANOVA table), we observe p-value=0.000
